Our Commitment to Modesty & Professionalism
OUR COMMITMENT TO MODESTY & A SAFE ENVIRONMENT
At TAC Fitness, we are committed to operating and cultivating a space where every man, woman, marriage, and child who walks through our doors feels safe, respected, and valued. Our heart is to provide an environment where individuals and families can pursue health and fitness without unnecessary exposure or distraction.
Because of this, modesty is our standard that we will uphold.
Pursuit of excellence without vanity
Strength without arrogance
Influence without temptation by exposure
We believe TAC Fitness should remain a place where all ages feel comfortable free from inappropriate or revealing attire so that everyone can focus on becoming healthier in a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
Our Standard Moving Forward
To preserve this family environment, we will be enforcing the following dress guidelines, rooted in professionalism, respect, and modesty:
• Clothing must provide adequate coverage of the chest, back, shoulders, and thighs.
• Genitals, buttocks, breasts, chest and nipples must be fully covered with opaque fabric at all times. (Glutes to be covered by long tank top, t shirt, or tie fabric around waist if leggings are skin tight)
• Shirts must fully cover the torso and chest, including cleavage.
• Bottoms must fully cover the buttocks during all movements.
• Acceptable bottoms include athletic shorts, pants, leggings, or sweatpants.
• Tank tops and sleeveless shirts are permitted, but must not be excessively low-cut.
Prohibited Attire
To protect both our equipment and environment, the following items are not allowed:
• Jeans
• Clothing with offensive graphics
• Swimwear
• Sports bras worn alone
Our Standard continued:
TAC will continue to uphold a “G-rated” environment, one that reflects our commitment to families, respect, and community. These standards are in place not to restrict, but to protect the culture we are building together.
Thank you for helping us maintain a place where modesty, professionalism, and care for others remain at the forefront.
We are grateful for each of you.
– TAC Leadership
